Personal information collection
We collect the name and nickname of the person who applied for the examination. We keep other transfer-related records for 5 years, and do not store or collect any other personal information.
We also do not ask for personal information separately during the review process. Our review process is very standardized. We do not ask for personal information during or after the review.
Collection of works
The work you submit will be deleted immediately after the review, leaving a review summary. We will not use your work or the sources and models you provide. However, they may be used only for statistical purposes. We do not have a separate cloud or drive.
Therefore, the materials you submit are not stored with us, and therefore cannot be returned to you.
Provision of personal information
We will not reuse your information for any purpose other than the review, especially commercially, or submit it to other groups or commercial institutions. We will also not provide your information to public institutions. After the review is completed, all information except for the review evaluation will be destroyed.
